Defence minister: Azerbaijani Army capable of preventing any threat at any time

The Azerbaijani Army is capable of averting any threat at any time, Minister of Defense Colonel General Zakir Hasanov said.

He made the statement at a meeting with the delegation headed by the Minister of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic Lieutenant General Baktybek Bekbolotov, Caliber.Az reports.

Colonel General Zakir Hasanov noted that Armenia has not drawn the right conclusions from the successful operations of our army, and contrary to provisions of the Trilateral Statement, still keeping the remnants of its armed forces on our territories, creates serious obstacles to ensuring peace and security in the region. The Azerbaijani Army is capable to avert any threat at any time.

Expressing his satisfaction with his visit to our country, the Kyrgyz minister, in turn, expressed gratitude for the warm welcome.
