Deputy ministers of Organisation of Turkic States meet in Türkiye
Türkiye’s Istanbul city hosted a meeting of the Transport Coordinating Committee of the Organisation of Turkic States at the level of deputy ministers of the corresponding committees of the member states of the Organisation of Turkic States on August 12.
Azerbaijan was represented by a delegation headed by Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rahman Hummatov, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Digital Development and Transport told Report.
The measures of facilitating transport and transit operations along the Trans-Caspian East-West Transport Corridor (Middle Corridor), digitalisation of transport procedures between member states were discussed at the meeting.
The draft "Treaty on International Combined Cargo Transportation between the Member States of the Organisation of Turkic States", an increase in the number of flights between the member states of the Organisation of Turkic States, and preparation for the sixth meeting of transport ministers were also discussed.
