Diplomatic bonds strengthened in farewell meeting between Azerbaijani presidential aide, Palestinian envoy

The farewell meeting between Nasser Abdul Karim, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Palestine to Azerbaijan, and Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, took place on March 4.

The meeting was officially noted in a post on the Palestinian Embassy’s Facebook page, per Caliber.Az.

According to the post, Ambassador Nasser Abdul Karim expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Hikmet Hajiyev for the warm reception he received as his diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan came to an end.

The two officials took the opportunity to exchange views on the deepening relations between the two countries, with a focus on the significance and promising future of the friendship and partnership between Palestine and Azerbaijan.

The Palestinian Embassy’s publication highlighted the positive and forward-looking nature of the discussions, underscoring the shared commitment to fostering deeper bilateral relations.
