Dutch embassy reopens in Tehran after temporary relocation to Baku

The Embassy of the Netherlands in Iran has resumed operations in Tehran after a temporary relocation to Baku.

According to APA, the Dutch Embassy in Azerbaijan confirmed that the diplomatic mission, which had been moved from Tehran to the Azerbaijani capital, restarted its work in the Iranian capital on June 7.

The embassy expressed its gratitude to Azerbaijan for its support during the period in which the mission was temporarily based in Baku.

The relocation had taken place amid security concerns during the US–Iran conflict, with the embassy continuing its operations from Azerbaijani territory until its return to Tehran.
