Eastern Partnership foreign ministers to meet on December 11

A meeting of foreign ministers of the EU Eastern Partnership program member states will be held today in Brussels.

The meeting, which will be attended by EU foreign ministers from 6 Eastern Partnership countries (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus), will be chaired by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, APA reports.

Oliver Varhelyi, EU commissioner for enlargement negotiations, will also participate in the meeting, which is scheduled to start at 18:00 local time.

According to the EU Council, at the meeting, the ministers will discuss the Eastern Partnership, its achievements and concrete recommendations on its future policy.
