Envoy: Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan in strategic partnership relations
Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan Serzhan Abdykarimov has said that relations of strategic partnership and mutually beneficial cooperation have developed between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
He made these remarks during a round table organized by the Centre for Analysis of International Relations, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan and the creation of the Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan Expert Council, according to Report.
“Our ties have a huge history. The similarity of languages, traditions and values are the basis of our relations. The significant contributions to the development of these relations were made specifically by Nursultan Nazarbayev [former Kazakh president] and Heydar Aliyev [former president, national leader of Azerbaijan],” the ambassador emphasized.
The Kazakh diplomat also highlighted the activity of the Azerbaijani diaspora in Kazakhstan, during the meeting.
