Envoy: Azerbaijan, Serbia to hold political talks in Baku in February

Azerbaijan and Serbia are set to hold inter-foreign ministry political consultations on February 3 in Baku, Serbian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Dragan Vladisavljević has announced.

The ambassador said a busy schedule of bilateral contacts at senior and high levels is expected throughout the year, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

These will include reciprocal presidential visits, meetings of foreign ministers and parliamentary speakers, as well as further political consultations.

“This year, I believe at least ten, and possibly more, political events are planned. Among the first of these will be the next round of multilateral political consultations, which will take place here in Baku on February 3. Serbia’s State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will travel to Baku to conduct the talks,” the ambassador said.
