EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas arrives in Azerbaijan

Kaja Kallas, the European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, is on an official visit to Azerbaijan, according to the EU delegation in the country.

According to Report, the announcement was made by the EU representation in Azerbaijan.

Kallas is expected to hold a series of high-level bilateral meetings in Baku, in particular with Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.

It should be noted that the EU High Representative had previously been in Armenia. She took part in the 8th Summit of the European Political Community (EPC) on May 4, as well as the EU–Armenia summit.
