The letter of invitation to the meeting was signed by President of the European Council Charles Michel and the Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala. Invitations for the 27 EU member states will be sent out later, along with invitations to an informal EU summit to be held in Prague on October 7.
In addition to member states, Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine, Great Britain and Armenia are invited to the meeting.
