The footage shows members of the mission using binoculars to observe Azerbaijani territory from their position along the border.
Baku has repeatedly voiced concerns over the EU mission, arguing that it operates without Azerbaijan’s consent. Azerbaijani officials continue to closely monitor the mission’s activities, maintaining that such operations could escalate tensions in the region.
