EU special rep for South Caucasus to visit Azerbaijan

Toivo Klaar, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, is planning to visit Azerbaijan on April 3.

Klaar’s Baku trip to take part in the opening ceremony of the European Youth Club in cooperation with the EU delegation in Azerbaijan, Trend reports.

The EU special representative last visited Azerbaijan on March 5.
