European Court rejects yet another lawsuit by Armenia

The European Court has rejected Armenia's appeal against the detention of Vagif Khachatryan, who is being accused of committing crimes against peace and humanity.

“This is Armenia’s fourth appeal rejected this month,” Chingiz Asgarov, Azerbaijani representative at the European Court of Human Rights and Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijani Supreme Court, told APA.
