Expert: Islamophobia one of reasons for Europe's bias towards Azerbaijan

Chairman of the Board of the Centre for Analysis of International Relations Farid Shafiev has described Islamophobia as one of the reasons for Europe's bias towards Azerbaijan.

He made the remarks at a press conference before the international conference "Islamophobia as a specific form of racism and discrimination: New global and transnational challenges", APA reports.

"A resolution against Azerbaijan is being prepared in the European Parliament. In general, after our victory in the Second Karabakh War, we witnessed biased positions towards our country. There are many reasons for such bias, and one of them is Islamophobia," he added.
