FM Bayramov looks back at political achievements of 2022 in press conference VIDEO

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov, is holding a press conference on the outcomes of the year 2022.

As aired on Baku.Tv, the minister stated during his speech that Azerbaijan has led an open and pragmatic policy throughout the year, which was aimed at securing its territorial integrity.

According to Bayramov, Azerbaijan has paid foremost attention to its bilateral partnerships with its neighbours, including Türkiye.

He also noted, that Azerbaijan and Russia continued conducting a successful policy, with multiple official visits having been organized between the countries.

Azerbaijan’s partnership with Georgia is also steadily growing, the minister stated, pointing to President Ilham Aliyev’s visit to Georgia which was followed by an intergovernmental committee summit in December.

Minister Bayramov also touched upon the country’s relationship with Central Asian countries, which has also been dynamically growing in 2022.

According to the minister, Azerbaijan also continues to lead an intense dialogue with the US and China.
