The EU is funding a 300,000 euros ($291,868) program for cultural development in Lankaran.

“The EU is funding a 300,000 euros program for cultural development in Lenkaran. The French "Institut Français" is proud to be one of the partners. Expect some theatre, film, music, exhibitions, library cooperation, etc.,” Caliber.Az reports referring to French ambassador to Azerbaijan Zacharie Gross’s message on Twitter.
