French ambassador said returns to Azerbaijan amid diplomatic strain between Paris & Baku

The French ambassador to Azerbaijan has returned to Baku.

French Ambassador Anne Bouillon has reportedly resumed her diplomatic activities in Baku,  APA reports, citing its own source.

Her return follows a period of recall for consultations amid strained relations between Baku and Paris. The French Foreign Ministry's statement highlighted that the diplomat was received by French President Emmanuel Macron when she was in Paris.
