Georgian PM Irakli Kobakhidze begins official visit to Azerbaijan
On January 17, the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze has arrived in Azerbaijan for his first official foreign visit.
A guard of honour was posted at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Caliber.Az reports.
Kobakhidze was welcomed by Azerbaijan's Deputy Prime Minister, Samir Sharifov, alongside other senior officials.
Kobakhidze will co-chair the 10th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation alongside Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov.
The Georgian delegation features prominent leaders, including First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Levan Davitashvili, Minister of Environment and Agriculture David Songulashvili, Minister of Culture Tinatin Rukhadze, and Head of Government Administration Levan Jorjoliani.
