Graduation ceremony honors Azerbaijani Armed Forces' warrant officers & soldiers VIDEO
A graduation ceremony was held at the Separate Combined Armed Forces Army to celebrate the successful completion of regular courses for warrant officers and soldiers of extra-term active military service.
Caliber.Az reports that the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry organized the ceremony, which began with a tribute to the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, and martyrs, followed by the Azerbaijani national anthem.
Col Mahmud Amirov addressed the graduates, reflecting on the lessons learned during the course and congratulating them on their achievements. Speaking on behalf of the graduates, Elnur Agamaliyev pledged that they would serve with honor, following the example set by their predecessors.
Deputy Commander of the Separate Combined Arms Army, Maj-Gen Rahim Jafarov, also congratulated the graduates. He highlighted the Azerbaijani Army's status as one of the world's strongest armies under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, the victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief. Maj-Gen Jafarov emphasized the army's successes, modern weapon systems, and improved living conditions for servicemen.
The ceremony underscored the priority tasks of advancing army construction, developing the material and technical base, and elevating combat training to meet modern standards. These efforts aim to enhance Azerbaijan's military power and ensure the security of the autonomous republic.
Certificates and gifts were presented to the graduates, and outstanding students affixed the graduation emblem on a symbolic board. The ceremony concluded with a solemn march by the graduates and a commemorative photo.
