Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, recently visited the Royal Opera House in Muscat, Oman, highlighting ongoing cultural engagement between Azerbaijan and the Sultanate.
Inaugurated in 2011, the Royal Opera House stands as Oman’s premier venue for music, arts, and cultural events, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.
The institution hosts a wide range of activities, including concerts, conferences, music nights, and exhibitions, and features a dedicated art gallery for local and international works.
Recognized as the second-largest opera house in the Arab world, the Royal Opera House serves as a central hub for cultural exchange in the region. Notably, it maintains collaborations with the Azerbaijan State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, reflecting a shared commitment to fostering artistic ties between the two nations.
