Hraparak: What are Pashinyan's MPs taught by American instructors?

According to the Armenian Hraparak daily, the NDI (National Democratic Institute) experts are conducting training with the MPs from the ruling party of Armenia. The participation of all the participants is mandatory. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is also expected.

Civil Contract MP Hovik Aghazaryan confirmed to the publication that he and his colleagues are in Dilijan, but referred to another party meeting.

"If the seminar was dedicated to parliamentarism, all factions would be invited, but if the training is only for representatives of the authorities, the agenda is either to deal with the opposition and keep power or to set an anti-Russian vector," the Yerevan-based publication concludes.
