ICESCO Director-General invited to COP29

Azerbaijan's Permanent Representative to the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) Nazim Samadov has met with Director-General of the ICESCO Salim bin Mohammed Almalik on the sidelines of the 6th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue held in Baku.

During the meeting, Nazim Samadov presented a letter of invitation from President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to Director-General of the ICESCO regarding the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, Azertac reports.
