International Energy Agency affirms support for organization of COP29

Head of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of COP29, Samir Nuriyev, has met with Fatih Birol, the Executive Director of the International Energy Agency (IEA).

Nuriyev provided Birol with comprehensive updates on Azerbaijan's preparations for the upcoming COP29 conference, Caliber.Az reports.

During the meeting, Fatih Birol highlighted the productive discussions he held regarding the forthcoming COP29 conference, emphasizing the IEA's readiness to actively contribute to the success of this important event.
