Azerbaijan signs several defence agreements on sidelines of Istanbul exhibition IDEF 2025 / PHOTOS
A delegation representing Azerbaijan's ministry of defence, headed by Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, took part in the 17th International Defence Industry Exhibition (IDEF 2025) in Istanbul.
Minister Hasanov was accompanied by several high-ranking officials from his defence apparatus, Caliber.Az reports, citing Azerbaijan's Defence Ministry.
The Azerbaijani delegation reviewed demo versions of military equipment and defence-related products produced by leading defence industry companies from various countries and held meetings with their executives.
During these meetings, there was a thorough exchange of views on various aspects of military-technical cooperation, prospects for further development, and other issues of mutual interest.
Within the framework of the defence exhibition, which will take place until July 27, the Azerbaijani envoys signed several agreements with the participation of Deputy Defence Minister-Director General Agil Gurbanov together with representatives of the ministry-affiliated defence companies “MIRAS” LLC and “Azersilah” CJSC.
