Iran-Azerbaijan relations moving positively, says deputy FM

Relations between Azerbaijan and Iran are advancing in a constructive and positive direction, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahid Jalalzadeh stated during a briefing in Baku.

Speaking about his visit, Jalalzadeh highlighted meetings with key Azerbaijani officials, including Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports per local media.

“During these meetings, we discussed the development of joint projects between the two countries,” he said, emphasizing the focus on enhancing bilateral cooperation across multiple sectors.
