Iranian Navy commander congratulates Azerbaijan on restoration of sovereignty

Iranian Navy Rear Admiral Shahram Irani has congratulated the Azerbaijani Defence Minister Col-Gen Zakir Hasanov on the restoration of sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country.

During their meeting in Baku, Irani also congratulated Hasanov on the achievements of the Azerbaijani army, Report informs, citing Azerbaijani Defence Ministry.

In the course of the meeting, the sides exchanged detailed views on the prospects of military cooperation, regional security and other issues of mutual interest.

Shahram Irani congratulated the Azerbaijani Defence Minister on the restoration of sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country, as well as on the achievements of the Azerbaijani army.
