Israeli top diplomat to visit Baku on January 26

Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar is scheduled to visit Baku on January 26, 2026., according to AIA Global, citing Israeli sources.

The report notes that the visit will last one day and will include a series of meetings, including talks with the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, after which Sa’ar will travel to Kazakhstan.

"This trip comes amid growing attention from Western and Israeli analysts, who often refer to Baku as the gateway to Central Asia,” the statement added.
