Kazakh defence minister welcomes new Azerbaijani military attaché PHOTO
Colonel Fuad Ibrahimov has been appointed new military attaché of Azerbaijan to Kazakhstan.
On December 20, Kazakh Defence Minister, Colonel-General Ruslan Zhaksylykov met with a delegation led by Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Kazakhstan Aghalar Atamoglanov, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Kazakh Defence Ministry.
The minister emphasised the positive dynamics of bilateral cooperation and wished Colonel Fuad Ibrahimov success in his new role.
During the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to expanding collaboration in the spheres of mutual interest. The ambassador highlighted the current situation and prospects of bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, as well as the implementation of the joint projects.
The parties hailed the conduct of mutual training, emphasising the importance of further deepening the partnerships between the two countries’ armed forces. The sides also expressed their willingness to enhance cooperation in the fields of defence and the military personnel training.
