Kazakhstan grants new diplomatic rank to ambassador in Azerbaijan

Kazakhstan’s ambassador to Azerbaijan, Alim Bayel, has been granted a new diplomatic rank, according to local media.

Under a decree signed by Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Bayel was awarded the diplomatic rank of First-Class Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
