President of the Republic of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs, has arrived in Azerbaijan on an official trip on April 21.

At Heydar Aliyev International Airport, a guard of honour was arranged, with the venue decorated with the national flags of both countries, Caliber.Az reports per local media.
