The UK supports the efforts of Azerbaijan and Armenia to achieve lasting peace.

I am greatly encouraged by the statement from Armenia and Azerbaijan reconfirming their intention to normalise relations.
As I underlined during my recent visit to both countries, the UK fully supports their efforts to reach a historic and lasting peace.
