Lithuanian prime minister set to visit Azerbaijan on April 9
Lithuanian Prime Minister Inga Ruginienė will pay a visit to Azerbaijan on April 9.
The Lithuanian Embassy noted that during her visit, Ruginienė will hold a series of important meetings aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation in key areas, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Embassy’s social media page.
The programme will include a wreath-laying ceremony at the Alley of Martyrs, the opening of a photo exhibition at Khazar University, as well as a concert featuring the Student Choir of the Azerbaijan National Conservatory and students of the Bulbul Music School.
In addition, the Prime Minister will meet with members of the Lithuanian community in Azerbaijan and participate in cultural activities.
“This visit marks an important step in advancing the partnership between Lithuania and Azerbaijan, as well as strengthening people-to-people ties,” the embassy said.
