Memorandum between Tavini party & Baku Initiative Group to boost decolonization efforts in French Polynesia

A memorandum of cooperation between the ruling Tavini party of French Polynesia and the Baku Initiative Group (BIG) will contribute to the process of decolonization in the region, according to BIG Executive Director Abbas Abbasov.

Abbasov recalled that on April 30, a conference was organized at the UN headquarters in Vienna on the initiative of BIG, during which a memorandum of cooperation was signed, Report informs.

“The memorandum envisages the implementation of various projects not only in the political sphere but also in the fields of education and healthcare. As you know, a conference on French Polynesia will be held tomorrow in the Milli Majlis. The cooperation between the Tavini party and BIG will contribute to the decolonization process of French Polynesia,” he said.
