Mexico in talks with Azerbaijan to simplify visa issuance procedure - ambassador

Successful work is continuing to simplify the visa issuance process.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mexico to Azerbaijan Maria Victoria Romero Caballero told reporters at a press conference in Baku, APA reports.

The diplomat noted that Azerbaijan is an attractive country for Mexican tourists.

“One event that attracts Mexican tourists to Azerbaijan is the Formula 1 races. In addition, various trips to Azerbaijan's sights and historical monuments are organized. These trips are also of great interest to Mexican tourists. Much attention is paid to the work carried out to organize trips of Azerbaijani tourists to Mexico and increase their numbers.”
