Nakhchivan’s economy minister meets Turkish consul general

Minister of Economy of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Tapdig Aliyev met with Türkiye’s Consul General in Nakhchivan Asip Kaya on January 30.

The minister congratulated Kaya on his new role as Ankara’s Council General in Nakhchivan, Report informs, citing the ministry’s press service.

During the meeting, the parties emphasized that Azerbaijani-Turkish relations based on mutual respect, friendship and brotherhood are developing upwards in all spheres and the prospects of further strengthening of bilateral economic relations were noted.

They also discussed strengthening partnerships in various economic spheres, an increase in current trade turnover and expansion of investment cooperation.
