NATO LANDCOM team conducts military training course in Azerbaijan PHOTO
A NATO Allied LANDCOM Mobile Training Team is conducting a training course in Baku, Azerbaijan, under the 2026 Partnership for Peace Programme between Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defence and NATO.
During the programme, NATO instructors delivered briefings on Training Planning in NATO and Conducting Training in Accordance with NATO Standards and Objective Selection, followed by group and individual practical exercises for the participants, Caliber.Az reports, citing the ministry.
The course, attended by officers enrolled in the Military Management Course at the Military Management Institute of the National Defence University, is designed to strengthen both the theoretical and practical skills of military personnel in line with modern requirements.
It also focuses on the use of advanced technological tools and solutions while familiarising participants with relevant NATO standards and procedures.
The training programme is scheduled to run until July 2.
