NATO training in Azerbaijan focuses on certification of military evaluators photo
A Level 1 Evaluator Training Course (ETC-49) has been held in Baku under the NATO Partnership for Peace program signed between Azerbaijan and NATO.
According to Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defence, cited by Caliber.Az, the course was organised within the framework of the Operational Capabilities Concept and took place at the War Games Centre of the National Defence University of Azerbaijan.
A total of 22 representatives from Azerbaijan participated in the training, along with 30 instructors and attendees from NATO member states and partner countries.
During the program, participants took part in a series of theoretical and practical sessions conducted both individually and in group formats.
The main objective of the course was to certify qualified military personnel capable of evaluating units and subunits declared to the Alliance’s combined forces.
