Nordic-Baltic Eight delegation engages Baku after Armenia consultations

Representatives of the foreign ministries of the Nordic-Baltic Eight are travelling from Armenia to Azerbaijan as part of a regional visit, according to a diplomatic source cited by Azerbaijani media.

During their stay in Baku, the delegation is expected to hold meetings with Azerbaijani officials.

The visit follows a series of engagements in Armenia, where representatives of Nordic and Baltic countries met with government bodies, members of parliament, civil society groups, think tanks, and journalists. Discussions there focused on elections, regional security, as well as broader shared topics and values.

As part of their program in Armenia, the delegation also visited the Armenian-Turkish border.
