Official: Azerbaijan working to inform int’l courts of Armenia's war crimes

Azerbaijan is currently in contact with the European Court of Human Rights and the International Court of Justice over appeals to protect the rights of internally displaced persons who were victims of Armenian crimes.

Head of the Human Rights Protection Sector at the Presidential Administration Habib Abdullayev made the statement at a roundtable dedicated to World Human Rights Day on December 10, Report informs.

Today, the main goal of the ongoing reforms to restore infrastructure in Azerbaijan’s liberated territories is precisely to ensure the comfortable life of people", he said.

Abdullayev added that Azerbaijan will always play the role of a member of international organisations for ensuring human rights.
