OTS chief, Azerbaijan's top cleric discuss strengthening interfaith dialogue
Secretary General of the Organisation of Turkic States, Kubanychbek Omuraliev, met in Istanbul with the Chairman of the Caucasus Muslim Board, Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade, during which the sides discussed strengthening interfaith dialogue.
In a post on X, Omuraliev said they also exchanged views on solidarity and spiritual cooperation in the Turkic world, while also emphasising the importance of preserving family values and passing on our shared cultural and moral heritage to younger generations, Caliber.Az reports.

The sides also focused on preparations for the 7th meeting of the Council of Heads of Muslim Religious Administrations of the OTS, scheduled to take place in Azerbaijan on September 14–15.
According to Omuraliev, this event is expected “to further contribute to strengthening spiritual, cultural, and institutional cooperation within the Turkic World.”
