OTS leaders sign landmark Gabala Declaration

The Gabala Declaration has been signed as part of the 12th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), which is underway in Azerbaijan’s Gabala City.

The document was adopted following the meeting of the leaders of the member states of the organisation, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

Hosted by President Ilham Aliyev under the theme "Regional Peace and Security," the gathering—spanning October 6–7—brought together heads of state from member nations, observers, and international dignitaries, marking Azerbaijan's chairmanship handoff from Kyrgyzstan and underscoring Baku's growing clout as a geopolitical linchpin.
