Outgoing EU special rep for the South Caucasus & Georgia congrats successor

European Union (EU) Special Representative for the South Caucasus and Georgia, Toivo Klaar, extended his congratulations to his successor, Magdalena Grono.

Earlier, the EU Political and Security Committee officially approved Magdalena Grono for the post of EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and Georgia.
