Over 60 Turkish MPs to visit Azerbaijan for international parliamentary conference

Head of the Türkiye-Azerbaijan Interparliamentary Friendship Group Shamil Ayrim has said that more than 60 members of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye will visit Azerbaijan.

On December 7, the Turkish MPs will participate in an international parliamentary conference dedicated to the 106th anniversary of the Azerbaijani parliament, themed "Parliamentarism: Traditions and Prospects", Ayrim told Report, Caliber.Az informs.

Following the conference, the MPs will visit Shusha and Khankendi.

The Azerbaijani-Turkish Inter-Parliamentary Relations Working Group functions within the Azerbaijani Parliament, led by Ahliman Amiraslanov. The group is composed of 59 MPs.

Similarly, the Turkish-Azerbaijani Inter-Parliamentary Relations Friendship Group operates in the Turkish Grand National Assembly, headed by Shamil Ayrim. The group's Board consists of 10 members.
