Pakistan, Azerbaijan reiterate building stronger ties

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister of Pakistan Shah Owais Noorani and Azerbaijani Ambassador Khazar Farkhadov met at the Prime Minister's Office in Islamabad on October 21.

Caliber.Az reports citing the Pakistani online edition dnd.com.pk, during the meeting the sides discussed issues of strengthening bilateral cooperation. Noorani and Farhadov reiterated the need to strengthen relations between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.

Shah Owais Noorani said a common strategy must be devised to overcome difficulties relevant to today's world.

The Special Assistant also briefed the Azerbaijani ambassador on the recent floods in Pakistan that have left thousands of people homeless.
