Paris mayor visits Armenia and dreams of Azerbaijan’s Karabakh Caliber.Az signals to Russian peacekeepers
The changes have occurred in serene Armenia, which is at the same time full of rallies. Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, who is an old friend and one of the patrons of the "long-suffering and ancient" Armenian people, has arrived in Yerevan, the capital of the "country of stones". She has not just arrived, but paid an official visit. During the visit, Hidalgo is said to meet Yerevan’s Mayor, Hrachya Sargsyan, with whom she will discuss the further cooperation issues between Yerevan and Paris, as well as current programs.
Armenia’s friends and those who pay working-official-sympathetic visits are the internal affairs of the Armenians and those who visit Armenia, until when Azerbaijan’s interests are affected. As for Hidalgo, she paid a visit for this purpose. Caliber.Az earlier reported that Hidalgo, who loves the Armenians and the “miatsum” myth [an idea based on the demand of the Armenians living in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan to annex the areas partially populated by ethnic Armenians next to indigenous Azerbaijanis] propagated by them, even during the nomination of her candidacy for the presidency in France (she failed because she gained ridiculous 1.75 per cent of the votes in the first round) glorified the Armenian-French friendship and promised to visit Armenia and … Karabakh.
Taking into account the passion of Hidalgo and her “Armenian friends” for committing provocations, as well as the promise made in Paris to visit the Karabakh region, we think it's necessary to warn the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent that Baku did not allow this French citizen to visit Azerbaijani territory. This warning is timely to avoid such a situation with another French presidential candidate, Valerie Pecresse, who slipped through the posts of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Lachin District. If Hidalgo slips through the Lachin corridor, which has been turned into a “revolving door” by Russian peacekeepers, then the Russian side will bear responsibility and no further excuses will be taken into account.
