Parliamentary delegation from Romania arrives in Azerbaijan

On April 13, Acting President of the Senate of the Romanian Parliament, Mircea Abrudean, arrived on an official visit to Azerbaijan.

The Romanian parliamentary delegation was welcomed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, where the national flags of both countries were flying, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

Among those present to greet the delegation were Azay Guliyev, head of the Azerbaijani Parliament's working group on interparliamentary relations with Romania; Gudsi Osmanov, Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Romania; Vasile Soare, Romania’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan; and other officials.

During the visit, Mircea Abrudean is scheduled to hold several meetings with Azerbaijani officials, with discussions expected to focus on further developing bilateral relations.
