Presidential aide: Garabagh turns into most militarised zone in world during occupation

Azerbaijani presidential aide Hikmet Hajiyev has said that Garabagh has become the most militarised zone in the world during the years of the Armenian occupation.

Hajiyev made the relevant remarks on his X social media account, Caliber.Az reports.

"Just 3 days of the disarmament process in Karabakh revealed that the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan turned into the most militarized zone in the world and powder keg of our region by the number of military warehouses and accumulated weapons and ammunitions during the years of occupation. We didn't even expect that it was militarized to this extent based on the ratio of population and size of area.

Disarmament and Demobilization are key components of Reintegration!" Hajiyev said.
