Hikmat Hajiyev, the head of the Presidential Administration's foreign policy department in Azerbaijan, has shared on Twitter a 30-year-old article from The Times about Armenia's illegal occupation and looting of Lachin city and Zabukh village.
It should be noted that the material of journalist [current British MP] Robert Seeley was published in May 1992 by the publication.
It spoke about the illegal occupation, burning and looting of Lachin and Zabukh by Armenia, as well as the fact that after the occupation, the resettlement of Armenians from the Middle East began there.
