Russia extends ban on flights to southern, central airports

The Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) of Russia has extended the ban on flights to 11 Russian airports in the central and southern parts of the country.
Restrictions were first introduced on February 24 due to the military operation in Ukraine. The ban has been extended for the 27th time since then. The new ban will be valid until August 11.
Flights to airports in Anapa, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Gelendzhik, Krasnodar, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Simferopol and Elista have been suspended. Alternatively, Rosaviatsiya recommended using airports in Sochi, Volgograd, Mineralnye Vody, Stavropol, and Moscow.
