Russia to conclude a memorandum on biosafety with Azerbaijan

"Russia intends to conclude biosafety agreements with Azerbaijan," said Konstantin Kosachev, Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council, co-chairman of the parliamentary commission to investigate the activities of US biological laboratories in Ukraine. 

"Russia has four memoranda on cooperation on biological safety with Armenia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan.

With four more of our neighbours - Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan, the development of such documents is underway and is in a very high stage of readiness," Interfax-Azerbaijan quotes Kosachev as saying to reporters on Friday.
