Russia sends another cargo shipment to Armenia through Azerbaijan UPDATED

Another transit shipment has been delivered from Russia to Armenia via Azerbaijan.

On August 13, 20 railcars carrying a total of 1,400 tons of wheat were dispatched from the Bilajari station of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC toward Boyuk-Kasik, according to local media.

On August 13, Russia will send wheat to Armenia in transit through Azerbaijan.

A total of 20 railcars carrying 1,400 tons of wheat will be delivered to Armenia. The train will depart from the Bilajari station of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

To date, more than 39,000 tons of grain, nearly 9,000 tons of fertiliser, 1,136 tons of propane, 133 tons of aluminium, 1,114 tons of coal and 67,000 tons of timber have been transported from Russia to Armenia in transit through Azerbaijan.

Meanwhile, nearly 15,000 tons of diesel fuel and around 5,000 tons of AI-92 and AI-95 gasoline have so far been exported from Azerbaijan to Armenia.
